Thanks for this! I had one problem with the activation by phone part. Once I put in the code that Norton gives me into the generator, the unlock code it gives me back doesn't work no matter how many times I try it. Any Ideas? I'm going to try to reinstall a 3rd time following step by step. Thanks again!
