Universal Share Downloader For free users of rapidshare I hope that you will appreciate my effort for uploading this with 512/64 Kb/s internet connection. Its working perfectly, it’s free of viruses and bugs. I downloaded a lot of files and none of them were corrupted. For rapidshare speed is limited for all free users at 500 Kbit/s. With USDownloader you will have the same download speed. I’m downloading aproximatellly 4GiB a day. There is a premium plug-in for rapidshare premium users but I didn’t upload it because I don’t have premium account and I can not test it. If someone is interested I can upload it. USDownloader v1.3.5.1 [6388 KB] Content visible to registered users only. Join our free community today! Password: Crytek - Download and extract, it doesn’t have to be installed. I’ve extracted it in C/program files/USD - Open USDownloader and Chose your language - Close USDownloader - Open USDownloader.ini (next to USDownloader.exe) with notepad and replace last row in [update] section with the following information: Content visible to registered users only. Join our free community today! *Those are the servers for update and this is necessary so USDownloader can be updated. Updates are necessary. Extract OpenSSL to this location: Windows\System32 Do the following settings: *** MAIN Check only "Resume downloads (if supported by the server)" *** DESCRIPTIONS Check only "Save descriptions to txt with same name" *** MISC Check- "Confirm program close", "Passive FTP mode" *** UPDATES - check everything except "Confirm download and install new version" Now, you just have to copy/paste your rapidshare links and to start download. I haven’t experienced any problems but of course you have to be careful as always. EDIT UPDATE Premium plug-ins uploaded for users with premium account. Update: Since rapidshare has changed terms of download for free users download is not stable and limited as before at 500 Kbit/s. During the day speed is going up and down and significantly slower than 500 Kbit/s, during the night speed is stable and can go more than 500 Kbit/s. Until today I didn't have corrupted files becaouse of unstable download speed. It is necessary to update USDownloader after installation. Content visible to registered users only. I just looked at the plug-ins, and it seems that it could also support some other sites other than megaupload and rapidshare. Has anyone tried this for other sites yet? |
