when you install it its in english but after installation you can download a german language pack

i think am being fooled ..
i downloaded the whole thing..
and i selected upgrade windows xp
and it asked for serial...even if they said no serial needed ..'
and i dont think its sp3..i looked like sp2 i mean the staring...things

if there is a special way to install pls tell...

Um well Iron dude do u see any difference beetween SP1 And SP2 in visual look,SP3 isn't to improve look it is to imrove System itself,duh and who even care for look but if u really want to change look Install SP3 and download transformation Pack wich you want.....simple

you have to install a new fresh copy in not upgrade it
