Lightbulb First wellpaper

This started as an exercise in selection, which I'm not very good at yet, but after I got it out I figured I'd play around with it for a couple of seconds. This is what came out of it.

Let me know what you think, what can be done better, and all that stuff. Please and thank you

good luck creating more...
IMHO... your text should be higher... assume that a wallpaper is to put as desktop background... unless you hide your taskbar or else it will overlap...
TEXT wise, why not put it in the square-brick texture... just do some effect so that it doesn't unseenable in white background...
otherwise.. it's nice, hope the render wasnt a bear-headed though... lol

its because the background of the forum isnt white, just go to photoshop, magicerase background, new layer, paint bucket, and you'll see each color has a letter/number combination, type ECECEC till the slots full, and you should get a gray color, fill with that, and your avatar will look transparent on the forum

Why not just save as .png or .gif to save the transparency?
