Sounds like your parents lack the sight to appreciate real talent!

Heck, my son taught himself programming at a young age and I'm proud as anything of him.
It's sad when parents cant recognise and encourage their child's natural abilities and talent.
When you make your first $million tell your parents you considered sending them on that trip or buying them that house they always dreamed of but, since they gave you no support they don't get a cent...

That's absolutely the case. They just aren't interested in my art career...at all. Oh well, I'll still give it my best~

Nice to hear that about your son! Sounds pretty cool!

Hahaha, you'll be the first to be informed whenever that happens! xD
....But I'm not quite sure about the million part...would be awesome though

And here're more spaceships!

I'm glad I never went to that school, I'd have failed miserably.

I have no idea how old you are or where you live, but if you don't contact all the major movie studios and send them samples of your work, you will be doing yourself and the world a major disservice.
Your work is absolutely amazing and it's not just my opinion!

I said to my son yesterday "I wish I had contacts within the industry because I'd be submitting your work and telling them to get in touch with you"

I'm in my 50's and I've known people who thought they could draw, then I've known a few who really could and your work is at the top of the scale. Some of my friends worked professionally within industries where their drawing was their job and you sir would make it to the top of your field in a very short time.

Story boarding is done in every movie studio for every movie made, then there's the professional animation studios.

You really have to start sending out portfolios of your work. Sure, it will cost you a bit in postage but I'd put money on it, someone is going to snap you up!

Are you familiar with animation drawing programs or do you do your work with pencils and brushes?

Ignore your parents, they either lack judgement or taste!

Wow, I envy your talent so much. I wonder how boastful I would be if I have such great talent.

I can't thank you enough for your encouraging words dear sir! Such a long and nice comment also wow.

Storyboarding could be interesting, yeah, but I never tried animation though. I'll try to send them once I'll arrange a decent portfolio. The concept art course I'm currently attending is supposed to help me with it. At least the teacher told me so. I'm not quite sure how successful my works will be...but I have to keep trying~

I mostly work with digital painting and on rare occassions, with pencils. As I've said before, I'm not really familiar with animations and cartoons, but anything would be fine if it's about profession!

Haha, on it!

(If you're curious, I'm 22 and live in Hungary...a backwater country in Europe)

Aye, most of these paintings are from my two storylines.
Bad thing is, it's mostly only in my head. I haven't written any of it down..

But thanks for your interest! :)
Maybe someday I'll start writing it down..not sure about how popular it would be..

It's all about practice! Just keep drawing every day for a couple of hours and you'll be awesome in no time! :)

And here's the finished version of Beatrix....and some details on that city.
