They are simply Audio files. Choose the format which works for your device and you should just be able to add it to your Ringtones.

A friend of mine "suggested" that my ringtone should be a jack@$$ {ha,ha}. So I decided to get a few different donkey brays via YouTube and converted them into different formats. SOOO, if you have some Jack@$$ calling you {and I'm sure most folks do} you can use one of these to identify him/her. They are simply Audio files.
