Note This is their Eight CDs that are live or Studio. That is about it really. It can't be a full discography because well there is way to many singles, and then you have to add in their live videos and DVDS which...sorry I don't have X_X I hope you like this though.
Rammstein (pronounced [ˈʀamʃtaɪ̯n]) is a German industrial metal band, founded in Berlin in 1994, and consisting of Till Lindemann (lead vocals), Richard Z. Kruspe (lead guitar and backing vocals), Paul H. Landers (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Oliver "Ollie" Riedel (bass guitar), Christoph "Doom" Schneider (drums and Electronic percussion) and Christian "Flake" Lorenz (keyboards). The band is widely accepted as part of the Neue Deutsche Härte scene, alongside bands such as Oomph! and Die Krupps. Their sound has been dubbed as Tanz-Metal (lit. "Dance Metal"). Their songs are performed almost exclusively in German, but they have also performed some sections of their songs in other languages such as Russian ("Moskau"), English ("Amerika", "Stripped"), French ("Amour") and Spanish ("Te Quiero Puta"). They have sold over 26 million records worldwide.[4] Rammstein's entire catalogue is published by Universal Music Group. Since its formation, Rammstein has had no changes in lineup. Although the majority of their songs are written in German, Rammstein has had success across the world. It has been confirmed that in 2007, the band has reunited from their vacation and has begun working on their sixth studio album, which will be released in Autumn 2009. Herzeleid (24 September 1995) ![]() Herzeleid (dated German for "Heartbreak") is the German NDH-metal band Rammstein's first musical album. It was released on 29 September 1995. The album's original cover depicted the bandmembers' upper bodies without clothing. This caused critics to accuse the band of trying to sell themselves as "poster boys for the Master race." The song "Weißes Fleisch" was covered by Debauchery in 2007 on the album Back in Blood. The songs "Heirate Mich" and "Rammstein" are featured in David Lynch's film Lost Highway. The direct translation of "Herzeleid" is "Heartache", but according to an interview on Talking Metal's podcast in 2007, Richard Z. stated that it does translate to "Heartache", but in the German language, it simply means "Heartbreak". The album is a culmination of the relationship troubles of 5 of 6 band members, hence the title "Herzeleid." ![]() Rammstein - Herzeleid ![]() Password ![]() Sehnsucht (22 August 1997) ![]() Sehnsucht (German for "Longing", "Desire" and sometimes "Hunger") is the German NDH-metal band Rammstein's second album. It was released on 22 August 1997. The album booklet folds out to reveal six different covers, one for each band member (each photo depicting the member with bizare facial-wear made out of ordinary kitchen objects like spatulas, spoons, forks etc.). The cover most commonly seen features Till Lindemann with a muzzle and odd metal objects blocking his view, as they are placed over his eyes. The cover art was created by Austrian artist Gottfried Helnwein. The album is the only album entirely in German to be certified Platinum by the RIAA in the United States. The album cover on the right features Rammstein drummer Christoph Schneider. ![]() Rammstein - Sehnsucht ![]() Password ![]() Mutter (2 April 2001) ![]() Mutter (German for "Mother") is the German Industrial metal band Rammstein's third album. It was released on 2 April 2001. ![]() Rammstein - Mutter ![]() Password ![]() Reise, Reise (27 September 2004) ![]() Reise, Reise (German (Literally): "Journey, Journey" or "Travel, Travel") is Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein's fourth studio album. It was released on September 27, 2004 in Germany and followed shortly by its release across Europe. It was released in North America on November 16, 2004. It was in the Top 10 in several European charts and a #1 hit in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Iceland, Finland, Estonia and Mexico. The album ranked at #67 for Top 100 Albums of 2004 by Rate Your Music. As used in "Reise, Reise aufstehen! Kommt hoch nach alter Seemannsart", the album name is an old sailor's expression to waken other sailors, hence the translation of the title would be "Arise, Arise", as seen in the song of the same name. Given Rammstein's propensity to use puns, a double meaning could well be intended, as the direct translation is "The Journey". ![]() Rammstein - Reise, Reise ![]() Password ![]() Rosenrot (28 October 2005) ![]() Rosenrot (German: "rose-red") is the German Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein's fifth musical album. It was released on October 28, 2005 in Germany, December 6, 2005 in Canada, and March 28, 2006 in the United States. A limited edition with a bonus DVD is also available. The album includes six unreleased songs from Reise, Reise that had been omitted for artistic reasons, and five completely new ones. It was originally going to be titled Reise, Reise Volume Two, but on August 18, 2005 the album was announced as Rosenrot. The cover art is nearly identical to the Japanese import of Reise, Reise. The image is a slightly altered photograph of the icebreaker USS Atka, taken on March 13, 1960 at McMurdo Station, Ross Ice Shelf, Antarctica. While Rammstein did not actively promote this album, the band built anticipation through a variety of means. The first single from the album, "Benzin", premiered at the Berliner Wuhlheide and was subsequently released on disc. Rammstein's official website featured one-minute samples from six of the tracks, and had featured a prominent release-date countdown. A brief section of the chorus from "Rosenrot" plays in the background of an e-card containing photographs of the band and basic album information. ![]() Rammstein - Rosenrot ![]() Password ![]() Live aus Berlin (31 August 1999) ![]() Live aus Berlin (German for "Live from Berlin", literally "Live out Berlin") is a recording of a concert by the German NDH-metal band Rammstein in 1998.
