- Is it the proper aspect ratio
Yes absolutely.

- Is there any sync issues (as I heard on another forum)
Not that i could notice

- Is the sound properly improved, and not getting worse...
Sound is ordinary but its definitely acceptable i mean IT IS JUST FKN SOUND

overall, this is a very good release by WoLF. DEF download it, do not even need to wait for a DVD Rip imo, which was what i originally had planed.
