Good read, I've read it now a couple of times.

Is there any chance we can see an update to sources and formats?

This seems to be more focused on DVD and or of the lower quality releases and we are seeing much more with BD releases now.

Also I was curious what the Hive-cm8 release is? Google only seems to find movies with this, but I didn't see any sites discussing it. Same here when I did a search.

ah thanks that helps a bit - still confusing but at least i can come back to it!

@p1d4 above i can watch mkv on my pc but not on my bluray.
Didnt see those in the list on the 1st page, but yes an explanation as to what they are would be good if it could be added
I dont know what the difference is but yes there are progs to convert - althought i tried and was unsuccessful as it came out in MPEG4 and still wouldnt work. IF someone give you a prog to convert then a good tut to go with it would be good!
