My guess on how their service is done: You upload your files to their server. They have several premium accounts at each individual free hosting sites. They use the host's premium url fetching feature to fetch the file from their server, therefore mirroring it for you. Both parties benefit, you having served your files at several different hosts. The sharebee owner(s) benefit from hosting hundreds of popular downloads with the free hosts (some actually pay for popular downloads, and others reward with premium points, and etc.) This is only an assumption and I can be entirely incorrect, but that's what I would do if I created sharebee.
