You need to use a program like Winrar to extract the files. When you click on the first file, it comes up with the options to extract the files, and you just extract them to where ever you like, such as desktop.
Once files are extracted (you only need to do this with the 1st file) you may need to mount the image with Daemon tools or an equivalent program, and then install the program or, burn it to a DVD.

Some new information

Once you have extracted the files, you will find files with numerical extensions, .001, .002, right up to .009
You will now need another program such as "HJ split"
Open HJ split, and click on join.
If you look at the top box, it asks for Input File.
Double click on the extracted file named L-03--09.001, and click on join.
You then should end up with a file which you can mount and burn. Unfortunately, you don't.
You end up with a file called "L-3D--09"
You now need to extract this file again using Winrar, Then extract the files following with Winrar.
You will then get another set of files with .00, .001, etc extensions.
Extract these files one final time (finally), and you end up with an .ISO extension.
Now you can finally mount this file with Daemon tools.
Sorry folks, but this has become rather involved and complex, And I thought I would help a newcomer with what should be simple advice.

Daemon tools is a virtual drive, which means it's just like a DVD drive, without physically having one, and if you tell it to mount an image, and then select where you extracted the image to, it will search for any files of the extension format which can be mounted.
If you still don't understand this, there are some threads in the help section, as this question gets asked many times by newcomers.
If you still have problems, PM me and I will endeavor to help you.
Good luck.
I myself struggled with this task when I first started downloading, but it very soon becomes second nature.

Thanks to the uploader, this is an awesome share, Even though it was rather complex to finally get to the program.
