![]() My first post in this cool thread. This is the heavily illustrated softcover book from FAB Press devoted to CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST and the lengthy career of Ruggero Deodato. There's a detailed interview with Deodato, heaps of rare stills and posters, and in-depth reviews of all his other films as well. Please enjoy this book, I think it's quite a good read. Here's one dedicated to everyone who loves trash films! ![]() This is the first large-sized issue of one of the earliest (and really great) Eurocult fanzines, EUROPEAN TRASH CINEMA. The mag’s enthusiasm for all sorts of sleazy European trash films proved quite inspiring to many later zine editors and writers. Lots of reviews and interviews are featured, including a chat with schlock director Bruno Mattei. More issues of this mag will come in the future. A direct scan of the original zine is here. ![]() A carefully polished and cleaned up version by meatisgood is available here. ![]() Both are nice and readable versions. Enjoy!

Another nifty book for those who haven't caught this scan elsewhere yet. I scanned this one, and meatisgood gave it a useful clean-up. It's OBSESSION - THE FILMS OF JESS FRANCO, a big, fat and long out of print hardcover on the career and filmography of the sleazy Spaniard himself, with lots of sexy stills, hundreds of reviews of his movies, and interviews with his cast and crew. ![]() The OBSESSION book seems to go for hundreds on Ebay whenever it appears. I think they only printed a couple of thousand of these back in the 90's. Anyway, this one is highly recommended and is a long, satisfying read.

My pleasure dkmac and glad you like that Franco book! Please share it with any other Franco fans you know, it definitely deserves to be read. ![]() Here’s ETC Vol 2, #8. Quite a fun issue highlighted by interviews with Jean Rollin and Brigitte Lahaie, plus trashy reviews of all sorts of sleazy Eurocult films. (The back cover shot of Lahaie made it tough to read this issue on the train…). More ETC’s to come.
