Design a TP T-Shirt to Celebrate 1 Million Members Contest

What is it?

One million members is a really big milestone, so in celebration of it, we'd like to throw a nice contest for everyone to participate in.

As the title has suggested, simply design your own TP t-shirt.

Rules:

Everybody may enter
Size is ~11” x 11” (actual design could be smaller)
Submissions must be sent to me via email (tehparadox.com [at] gmail.com)
You can submit as many entries as you like
All submissions & designs instantly become property of tehparadox.com (you cannot enter if you do not agree to this)
Design theme must be related to the site
Designs must be unique (made by you)
To qualify for the prize, you must turn over all source files to the design
Nothing vulgar and no profanity

Prizes:

1 Winner shall receive year accounts to 4 popular hosting sites of his/her choice.
5 Runner-ups shall receive a 1 month account to a popular hosting site of his/her choice.

Deadlines:

You will have until December 15, 2009 to submit your entries.

Depending on how many entries there are, I will be selecting a handful. They will be then put up into a poll for all members to vote on.

Voting will take place for exactly 1 month to give everybody an opportunity to cast their votes.

Approximately 2 Years, 9 Months, 10 days ago... this site was built. (February 18, 2007)

We've come a long way since then, having accumulated over 1 million members today. Since it's hard to individually say thanks to more than a million members, I can only say thank you to all for being here. Hope to see 2 million near the horizon.

Can't stress these enough:

*Always log into your accounts BEFORE clicking on *any* download links. If you did this prior to clicking any links, it *should not* ask you to log in again, unless you've cleared your cookies. (If it does, you can kiss your accounts goodbye)

*Always check the URL before typing in anything.
(Anyone with a brain should know that "rs123-rapidshare.com" is not the same as rapidshare.com or rs123.rapidshare.com)

*Always scan the files you downloaded BEFORE attempting to run it.

*Legit movie releases should not have an .exe extension or bundled with one.

*Application cracks *may* trigger detections, but legit releases usually don't! UNLESS it has been bundled with something malicious.

*When in doubt, report it to us!

Keep the focus: Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved, locked or simply be deleted.

Multiple registrations are prohibited and are grounds for immediate account deletion.

To manually code links

To do this manually at the start of your links

type [code]

Insert your link [url]http://tehparadox.com[/url]

at the end of the links, type [/code]

your typed link should look something like this

Now you need to go back to step 2, and remove the url tags.

A much simpler method is to simply replace the letters url with code

If you still have a live link which you can click on and take you to the site, you have forgotten to remove the url tags.

If your link looks like the link below, you need to remove everything shown in red, then remove the end [/url] tag, then code the link as in step 1

Using RAPIDSHARE PREMIUM with IDM : Made Easy !

Make sure IDM is installed properly. With Patch/Crack applied properly and its running.

Open IDM window , Click on Downloads > Options

Click on the Tab Site Logins , next click on New

in the Next Site Login form which comes up , fill in the details like , Rapidshare Premium a/c user id, password .
CLick Ok and Ok again ...

Copy a rapidshare link, its in the clipboard now. CLick on the Add URL link. Link will be automatically recognized and IDM applies necessary login details to Rapidshare server. CLick Ok. And then click on Download Now button to start download immediately, or Download Later to queue the download.

Now, what if you wish to download more than 1 rapidshare link at a time, like the example given below. One way is to copy individual links, and proceed as mentioned above. Or select the multiple links and right click on the selection. In FireFox , as IDM has integrated with Firefox, the menu shows Download with IDM , click on it !

Either select individual files or Click Check all and then OK.

The links are now queued up for Downloading. Click on Start Queue to start downloading the files. If No. of files queued up > 4 , then the queue starts with 4 files downloading at a moment and the rest being queued.

Another way to use rapidshare links in a bulk is to copy paste all those links in a notepad and save as a .txt file. Then use Task>Import>From Text File and browse to select the text file. All links from that file will be recognized. Keep only the rapidshare links and delete the rest.

Thats almost all that there is to effectively using IDM with a rapidshare premium a/c.
