Poor guy just wants a day off from his minimum wage job at McDonalds. Don't know about everyone else but my doctor always writes his notes for work and what not on a prescription pad.

Not to mention 99% of Doctor's notes, at least in Canada, don't give a reason for the absence. They just say "due to medical reasons."
