This is just something I was wondering about. I would have to say that the last person I would want living in my home would be my parents. I don't mean to sound cold, but they are always telling me what to do with my own children. They don't seem to think that my wife and I can handle ANYTHING on our own......It drives me crazy...  |

I'm going to have to go along with the "parent" thread. Even though I know my parents loved me, I was always the idiot! Didn't know when to come in out of the rain ect. At least NOW I have my wife to call me an idiot and dry me off.  Where are my cookies!!! |

After the week I just had, right now it'd have to be my parents. Don't get me wrong, I love my mum to death, but I'm a little too old to be told that I have my kitchen stuff in the wrong place and wake up one morning to find that she's moved the kettle to where the coffee maker was, the coffee maker is in a cupboard, the space where the kettle was now has the paper towel holder, I still haven't found the pepper grinder and the cat's very confused because his food bowl is on the other side of the room. They visited from back home in England and stayed here with me for a week.

Aren't sisters great, I had one (still have) who showed up on my doorstep after 5 years of no contact, 3month old baby, no father (baby had 8 middle names, and I bet she still doesn't know who the father was out of the possible 8), no money, no nothing, so I let her and the baby stay. 3 months later, I came home from work, no sister, no baby, whopping big phone bill, and half my house cleared out. What can I say, you can only legally shoot em when they aren't family. lol. |
