Hehe.
I got a story from the real life to share with you, as I have been doing some support at some point in the company I work for. It was online Support.
This one guy writes in and I ask him how I may assist him.
He tells me he is lonely and ask if I take take some minuts to talk with him.
I tell him that if it is not something related to our software then I cannot help him, but he keeps pleading on to get someone to talk to. So I direct him to myspace to get rid of him :O
