1) Nirvana (most bands today wouldn't exist if it weren't for them) 2) Red Hot Chili Peppers (every member plays amazing) 3) Linkin Park (started the re-birth of rap/rock) 4) Blink-182 (after 9/11 everyone needed a band with a sense of humor) 5) Third Eye Blind (underrated and possibly the best post-grunge band of the 90s [yes, even better than Creed])  Last edited by igba; 12-29-08 at 07:01 PM. | ||

Not in any order: cKy Pink Floyd Dire Straits Joe Satriani Sonic Youth (Sonic Youth i discovered literally yesterday and go straight into my number 5 slot) Other bands include: Longpigs dredg Nada Surf Bob Dylan Massive Attack Radiohead Iron Maiden Smashing Pumpkins etc etc, i can never single just 5 bands I have to mention others lol :/, damn this is a hard thread. | ||
