Just thought I should add my comments here as well.

I am Legend (2007)

I've always enjoyed majority of Will Smith's movies, so my opinion may be biased a bit. His performance is always top and that's what saved this movie. Through Smith's acting, you will able to share a glimpse of the character's state of mind and the after effects of the tragedy. Toss in some heart warming moments and out of your seat thrills (again some), you'll have an enjoyable movie.

I'd rate it a B. (Which is not so bad, since not many movies out lately that are worth watching, or even downloading).

the bourne ultimatum = 9/10
a completely awesome movie. every fight scene seems to have such a nice impact on me, and i also really liked how everything seemed to have some kind of advanced level of thinking in order to try and stay ahead of the other. the way they ended the series was really well done, in my opinion. really good movie, you should definitely check this movie out if you are a "bourne" fan, or a action fan.

Pros: Long, great plot, keeps you on the edge of your seat almost all through out the movie, when you thought it was all over, it had just began.
Cons: One con.. Ending left me wanting more, hopefully theres a second movie

Beowulf: Ummm not the best thing I've scene using CGI, actually probably the worst. The effects were horrible, ragdolls everywhere. The plot was rubbish, "Let's go around in circles".

The Bourne Ultimatium

Excellent fast passed action movie worthy of the series. This movie brings to a close the saga of Bourne's screenplay life (Dose not follow the "The Bourne Ultimatium" novel neither did "Thee Bourne Supremacy"). We finally find out what we've been waiting for four the past few years. Effects are awesome and hand to hand combat is faster than in previous Bourne movies.

although i love all of will smiths movies, this one has a few things about it that turns me off. such as the use of CGI for the "nightseekers" (i forgot what they're called), i think they could've just used people with makeup. the story is well told in my opinion, i really liked how they brought you into the past throughout the movie. there are other little things that i didnt like, but there are also a lot of things i did like. all in all, it is a really good movie, definately worth a look

resident evil: extinction - 6/10
pretty good... not the greatest though. the action was pretty decent. i personally did not like the story, and i dont think it should be considered a "resident evil" movie because it doesnt seem to follow the game... at all... i think it would be better as its own series, not a game based one, just my opinion.

The Girl Next Door follows the unspeakable torture and abuses committed on a teenage girl in the care of her aunt...and the boys who witness and fail to report the crime.

Pretty touching film, also cruel...

Didn't knew what to expect first, since it's also classified as horror for some reason and I generally get a whole different idea of something horror/thriller, but this turned out to be a touching drama with lots of suspense later on...and also based on a true story, so that makes it more intense. Definitely worth watching.

All about fate, Kate Beckinsale and John Cusack, twas awesome... i watch this film on the christmas eve, Jonathan Trager(John Cusack) and Sara Thomas(Kate Beckinsale) met while shopping for gloves in New York. Though buying for their respective lovers, the magic was right and a night of Christmas shopping turned into romance. Jon wanted to explore things further but Sara wasn't sure their love was meant to be. They decided to test fate by splitting up and seeing if destiny brought them back together... Many years later, having lost each other that night, both are engaged to be married. Still, neither can shake the need to give fate one last chance to reunite them. Jon enlists the help of his best man to track down the girl he can't forget starting at the store where they met. Sara asks her new age musician fiance for a break before the wedding and, with her best friend in tow, flies from California to New York hoping destiny will bring her soulmate back. Near-misses and classic Shakespearean confusion bring the two close to meeting a number of times but fate will have the final word on whether it was meant to be.

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007)

Quite a lot of gory in this one. For those who don't know, this is a musical; I am only mentioning this to you because I noticed quite a lot of couples leaving the theater after the first 20 minutes or so. Luckily this isn't one of those prolonged musicals, where it begs for dialog; though it is still quite the melodrama. Won't mention any plots or what not for spoilers sake, but everything is pretty much predictable. I enjoyed it as much as I can from a musical, so I'd rate it at a B.
