Hah, to be quite honest the movies and books are aimed for my generation and gender but I hate them with a vengence.

SMeyer has practically killed off the weak intelligent with her wet dream- Uh I mean, books and films and caused marriages, friendships and the vampire/werewolf genre to be destroyed.

I heard that women who had been taken away from their abusers wanted to go back to them because "They remind them of Edward" which IMHO is shocking ):

Edward is portrayed as what exactly? I can't remember, 'cause all I know is that he's some sparkly pervert who stalks a human at night, and mentally abuses her and yet somehow makes her pregnant (where's the logic in this? I mean, he's DEAD right? He's a Vampire so OF COURSE he's dead and yet he somehow can get a erection and still have sperm?) she then somehow survives the pregnancy despite this baby growing like 2 times quicker than a normal baby and every time the baby kicks, it breaks one of her rib bones?! She'd be dead before the baby was even born!

Then he cuts open her stomach with his fangs and gets the baby out...
...Who the hell made Rensemee a valid name -___-.

Sorry guys, I just go onto a massive rant about how the books and films just make no SENSE.

All the characters are 2D, apart from Jacob (the werewolf shifting thing) who DID have some sort of character and yet...SMeyer just ruined that as well by turning him into a pedo/paedophile? YOU'RE KIDDING ME.

What are you guys talking about?! Nothing says hardcore like 100 year old guys hitting on teenage girls. Plus I don't know any other way to show off bad-assery by glistening ever so carelessly in the sunlight. I wonder if gay porn is a step down from twilight?

regarding Twilight, yes, but Park Chan Wook's Thirst, which is also some kind of relationship-centered vampire movie...with a few differences..., is supreme in comparison and delivers great entertainment, without the cheese

Theres no such thing as a good, recent, vampire movie. Twilight stepped all over the lore, horrible acting, etc. etc. etc. theres two million reasons, and you'll find em' everywhere.
