I've gotten around to installing it, and it doesn't work. I don't have Daemon Tools Pro, and I've tried with a mini-image.
How do you get this to work easily without the use of commercial software?

Yeah, I just tried installing it. First of all, it messed up everything quite good, and I couldn't see anywhere where it mentioned virtual IDE; just virtual drive. Well, didn't work, trying alcohol120% now.

It's the same thing..

You basically mount the image file and install the game.

I've installed it alright, but I get the "Please insert original DVD of The "Witcher"! ***" system notice, when trying to launch the game. Doesn't matter if I use Daemon Tools Pro, Alcohol120% og Daemon Tools non-pro; same result.
It's as if a no-cd crack is needed, but none is provided. Tried with mini-image from gamecopyworld as well.
