Tentatively raising my hand here, because I;m pretty much new to the comics, but then now we got two boys at home and one preteen, and I was wondering if in the Alternative Comic thread, it could be added comics for children (5 - 12)?

Comics like from BOOM (Toy Story, Cars, etc) or The Action Packs are comics made by DC Comics (Ben 10).

Or Batman, Superman, Avenger, etc for children, also if we can post novelizations of comics even for movies?

They are not graphic novels, but they are in the subject are they?

Anyway just an idea. And by the way, thanks so much to all the posters who have uploaded and shared your comics. I'm going to start checking the threads now, even if I think the comics are reared for an older crowd than what I need.

Going through old posts (any more than say 2 or 3 weeks) and deleting posts with dead links would help like you would not believe. That way the ones that are dead can be reposted.

An optimal idea would be deleting the post, and emailing the OP so he/she can repost the links... But this would be an extra step unless it could be automated.

Another idea - I'm a member of a different comic only forum and it has a thread for all the new posts each month. So all the members have to do (the ones that are caught up at least) is go through those "new posts" threads and see what is available. AND because these go by month, the links are rarely dead.

also, fyi, filefactory has unlimited multiple downloads at the same time, and doesnt require any sign up or anything. To download you just put the link in the url and press enter, and it downloads like a normal file, you dont even have to put in a captcha. <- just incase you want to make a post about it OP.
