Rapidshare link checker says it's good but JDownloader says it's offline...

Tried downloading with browser and link is good...

I use IDM or the browser. Both work with this link.

That's strange, I tried it with IDM and it worked.
This was after Xanth1942's post.

EDIT: (Next Day) Just tried again with IDM. Still OK.

Jdownloader doesn't like the space between Kubota and Act, usually when uploaded to RS with a space in the name the space is converted to an underscore _ , don't know why RS didn't do it this time...
