So sorry, didnt realize i didnt specify
They were split with 7zip, in zip format. its a free program easy to use
Either open up 7zip and you'll see you can browse your computer folders, navigate to the folder you placed the parts in.
Then highlight all the parts (not the sfv file though), at the top of the app click extract button, click OK at the prompt and BAM
Then all should be resolved
Another way - Highlight all parts then right click on any one of them. click "extract here"
it will join em right there in the same directory your in
- unless you disabled it during install of 7zip, commands for 7zip are added to your shell so you dont even need to launch the program and navigate
That HJsplit is a new program to me, probably just combatibility issues

Let me know if that doesnt work for ya

Well the parts have all the same name, so this is how it looked when I got them all gathered.

'PSN
'PSN(1)
'PSN(2)
'PSN(3)
'PSN(4)

The numbers weren't put by me. Can't be directly opened by 7zip... When I open the program and choose these files, the option to join them is unavailable (grey). I can only create a zip file which contains them, but that leads to nothing. I'm really puzzled and I even tried to rename them into 'PSN.001 etc, but still nothing. Thank you for your responce though. If you have any idea for a possible file type change, let me know :)

yea that means my 7zip messed them up or ftp upload was cut short on one of the parts
I redid the archive, extracted and all working (winRar this time)

Uploading now
I should have this up again in a couple hours ill make another comment post informing all when its working again
Gonna be using winRar from now on needless to say
Thanks for your patience and help perfecting my posts
