All in all, this is definitely a game worth picking up. If not a purchase, at least rent it, because it’s a one of a kind game. No other survival horror game replicates this kind of fear, no other FPS incorporates a weapon system like this, and no other puzzle game makes you think like this one does. What could be said about this game is that it’s the King of the Jack of all trades. There’s very few aspects of gameplay that it ‘s the best at, but nobody covers all of these bases like this game does.

Lewis' classic fantasy novel, this video game version of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe features the four Pevensie children as playable characters, each with a different specialty. An action-adventure game designed to continue the story of the 2004 feature film, the comprehensively credentialed Disney Presents a Pixar Film: The Incredibles -- Rise of the Underminer allows players to take the role of Mr. Incredible or Frozone, in a battle against the Underminer and his aggressive robot minions. Each character has a distinct set of superpowers, as in the movie, and these can become stronger with experience. The game allows players to switch between the two heroes on the fly, using each character's special abilities where they'll do the most good. Rise of the Underminer also features a two-player mode, in which the heroes can use teamwork to take on the villain's trickery and tantrums in tandem.



Canadian developer BioWare's first role-playing game after Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is set in a mythic version of ancient China, at a time when a parallel world of darkness and chaos threatens to cross over into the realm of the living. Players initially choose from a selection of predefined characters, each with a name, background, and distinct skill set. They will then be able to gradually shape their character's fighting style from over 30 different types, from martial arts to weapons-based combat to even magic. Combat is performed in real-time from a third-person perspective, with players able to pause the game to execute specific commands during the fighting sequences. Body, mind, and spirit are the three primary attributes inherent in each character, and over time mastery over these guiding forces allows players to transform into a terra-cotta warrior, fox, or ghoul, respectively. No matter which character is selected at the onset, players will be able to hold court in a base of operations called the stronghold, where they can practice specific techniques, store acquired relics or mementos, and even build a flying ship in the shape of a dragonfly. Tecmo's survival horror adventure Fatal Frame puts players in the role of Miku, a young woman seeking an explanation for the strange disappearance of her brother. Based on a true story, the game is set at the Himura mansion, an old house with a deep history, thought by most to be haunted. An eager journalist, Miku's brother, has gone to the mansion to investigate strange deaths said to have occurred there in times past. After a disturbing premonition in which she sees her brother captured and tortured inside, Miku decides to enter the mansion herself, armed only with a small flashlight, an old camera, and her own wit. Inside, she begins to uncover a dark tale of restless spirits, grisly murders, and an evil cult.
