Does the game start at all or are you stuck with the requirements message?

If it runs, nothingīs wrong.
Thatīs the thing with minimum requirements. They only state that you will be able to run the game, not that it will run good. Iīve yet to come across a game that will play smooth with minimum requirements and I most likely never will.
Unless you get an upgrade to get closer to the recommended requirements it wonīt run much better.

You don't have a choice except lower resolution if you play game on "high" resolution. Try with something low like 1024x768 just to see is there difference in fps

Anyway, see minimum requirement? It say 8800GT or HD2900pro? Your 4650 is below that, aka 8800 is faster then 4650, its faster even more then 4670 so your problem here is that stupid app for checking minimum requirements say that your GPU is good just because it has more on board RAM and shader 4.1 - Thats wrong way of comparing GPUs...

I always thought there was something wrong with the GRL site when checking for requirements. It gave me a "go" with an old PC while checking for recent games requirements, but sometimes that felt really wrong.

After changing the resolution, maybe there are other graphic options you can change to lower the charge on the GPU? (textures details, lighting, shadows...)

I heard it's a good game... I hope you find a way to enjoy it!

You could try and edit the settings.ini (or what it's called). Remove stuff like motion blur, distortion etc.
