I have been googling for weeks and tried out some free ware, Movie Maker, Windows...(can't remember the name).
OS is xpsp2.
After googling this AM your Forum name came up and so I thought that I would post here re Photo DVD Maker Slide Show. Does anyone here use it or know anything about it.
My needs are:
-normalization of volume throughout the slide show
-pic and transition Sync
-no mechanical Menu at start up, as I want to use my own text....and with that effects like scrolling etc.
-the ability to trim audio into a MPR from MP3 so that it fits with my Intro that I will always use with title and credits
-no multiple menus...i.e. I have 7 folders with sets of pics on my HDD that I chose carefully...and then 7 pieces of different music. I planned on 5 seconds of each pic on the Screen via (DVD) and 1 sec transition.
I have tried programs that made me have 7 menus and when 1 set of pics was up I had to click on another menu for the next set.
I don't want to do that. The 20 min slideshow I want to stream fluidly with the music with not having to click onto a menu to get into the next pics.
Then at the end I want to have a text pic that shows some comments with an MPK file from an MP3.
I hope someone can help me here.
My bro got rid of Photodex as it is RAM hungry.
All comments and suggestions would be appreciated.
I don't mind buying a program that does the job and has a supportive Forum where I can get help instead of blundering along as I have been.
I feel Developers put a lot of time into an app and should be paid.
I hope this Forum is the proper place for this as the name came up when I typed in Photo DVD Maker Forums into Google.
