Just wondering if you can load gamecube iso's from a usb loader. I have a gamecube backup channel but was trying to save the discs. if so what program works the best? Thanks

No there is no possible way so far. Hopefully in the future as for now just burn multiple GC games to disc to save wasting discs, Download GCOS to make this possible.

The way that the wii works is that when you run a gamecube game it disables all functions such as the internet and usb loading. This is because the gamecube console itself does not have these features and presumably would not be needed to play the gamecube game. If you were to try to play the game it would not work because contact with the usb would not work because it is locked out. This is what I've heard, but I'm pretty sure it's the case with backup games too. I don't know if it's possible right now or in the future, but I haven't seen anything about it.
I'm pretty sure that's the case, but sorry if it is a bit inaccurate as I haven't tested it fully.
