Default Computer help? Blue screen results to crash dump.

Thanks for stopping by!
I'm trying to fix my mother's computer. She says she might have uninstalled something and I'm guessing that it is possibly a necessary driver on her Windows 7 laptop since it is coming up to a blue screen showing a crash dump. I can open it up into safe mode perfectly fine but it won't load into windows as it normally should.

From the problem details provided:
BlueScreen

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\032112-29702-01.dmp
C:\Users\---------\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-34991-0.sysdata.xml

In addition, I already checked if there where any backups but there are none and my last option would be putting a clean copy of Windows on.

Thanks a lot :)
Lina!

Actually, you might not need to do a fresh install, you can use the windows 7 disk to do a repair. Just boot from cd/dvd, when Windows 7 loads from the disc, and you get to the screen that says Install Now, at the lower leftish side of the screen you will see an option to Repair Your computer, click that. You'll go to the system recovery options. Go from there, hopefully that works. you may or may not have to go in to bios to set it to boot from cd/dvd. Just insert the disc and restart or power on your computer and if it asks to Press Any Key to boot from Cd, you got it. Here are some better instructions with pictures:

Wow, your 1st blue screen of death. It can be anything from a virus to a mistakenly deleted file or driver and even equipment failure (like ram or a hard drive). The possibilities are endless. Welcome to the wonderful world of Windows. Yeah for sure format and re-install. If it's under warranty have it checked out cuz they can probably decipher that cryptic bluespeak that's on your screen. Otherwise it's a re-do and check all connected machinery for worms and trojans and somesuch. Good luck. We've all been there. Myself too many times to count.

Yeah, also if you can boot in to safe mode, do it with networking and connect to the internet and download free versions of malwarebytes and superantispyware and do the scanning

You can also try system restore. (I assume you know what this is?)

Haha XD
Yeah, I'm pretty sure I know what system restore is. Thanks for asking though :)
There are no viruses, malware, etc. It is just an issue with a visual driver she uninstalled. I also got Paragon backup and recovery just in case this happens again in the future.

CASE RESOLVED!
