I downloaded an OST archive, and when extracting I get files with the extension .GENH. I've Googled but all I could find was information about .GEN, and I'm not entirely sure if those two are the same thing. Is anyone familiar with this extension and knows how to open it?

have you tried changing the extensions just for fun to see if they play? Who knows maybe the uploader changed them for some odd reason.
