Hoster problem? with netload

I can not use netload!!!

premium user getting access denied

i've been having these problems for a few months now on premium, where i get forbidden or just try's to load at first i thought it was my isp but i've also tried it on another isp and the same so it must be at there end. i usually find refreshing for about an hour sometime's gets my page loaded or sometimes after midnight UK time i find i get a page loaded.

i got same problem brought premium last night! the kicker is it lets me download free at about 2k a second and now i bought premium get 403 error message "need to be logged in" fuming! oh am in UK emailed them, no response, i bought entire month as well!

Okay guys, I'm going to suggest something pretty basic, but it may apply.

There have been times when I had similar issues and I solved them by comepletely uninstalling Java and JDownloader and installing them both from scratch (JAVA FIRST).

It seems that sometimes there is some corruption that occurs between the files linking the two programs when new Java updates are applied to use with the JDownloader software.

If you haven't you tried this option then you should do so, there is a chance that this is the issue as it has been for me twice in the past.

im having hoster problems in jdownloader with netload and exabit.com? uploaded.to is ok.i will try the jave and jdownloader uninstall see if it works,and let u guys know the results here........by the way my friends netload is ok?must be my pc then??

I never installed java n my IDM stop downloading from netload sometimes, but it can after few hours and after that stop downloading again and repeat. What happened to my netload premium?
