I've had trouble trying to find out how. I haven't got 1337 computer skills so I can't figure out how to rip it myself - if I could I would and would be sharing it with all TP. <3
Unprotected forms: PDF, HTML, Mobipocket books (MOBI, PRC), plain text files (TXT), Topaz format books (TPZ) etc.
Here's another thing that I can't stand in addition to DRMs:
The Wikipedia article states: "No Kindle model preserves the print edition page numbers used when citing sources in school papers and scholarly research." Does this drive anyone else bats**t crazy? I ordered a textbook and noticed after the 7-day returns window closed that "location numbers" have nothing to do with page numbers - making it useless for the class I bought it for.

TL;DR: Help me figure out how to convert my Kindle textbook to open source form so I can at least feel good about sharing it here!
