HTML ebook in separate chapters

I downloaded an HTML ebook but it is in separate chapters rather than in one file? How do I get the chapters into one HTML file to move to Calibre as a complete book?

Copy and paste the text in Microsoft Word. Make sure you label them with Chapters and the save the document then convert it to PDF.
