Default Strange happenings with Installous App Updates

Now those of you with JB iPhones/iPad know that when you download an app from Installous and it receives an update alot of the time the update appears in the apps store under UPDATES and hasn't yet appeared in Installous so every now and then i forget which app are legit purchases and which were Installous apps so i use a Cydia app called Appinfo to tell me which apps are legit and which ones aren't etc , point being sometimes i accidentally click on an Update in the app store for an app that ive downloaded from Installous and it always come up with a message saying that 'you do not own a previous version of the game' Buy or Cancel. But recently about 30% of my Installous apps that have updates showing in the app store but not in Installous have updated fine to the newer version and Appinfo now shows the app as legit, Strange i say.

Strange indeed. So you're saying you have gotten the apps for free now from the App Store? Can you remember any that worked?

Diggin dogs, Cover Orange HD, Zombie Carnival is about all i can remember only done about 7 altogether that came up with an update, and yes it seems as if that are showing as legit now because in Appinfo under the iTunes ID if its cracked it stays blank which they were and now they are showing as my registered email account with Apple.

why don't you just remove metadata so cracked apps don't show up in the appstore app? it's in installous settings

Before I try and recreate what you're doing, how about deleting one of the games that became legit and see if you can download it for free from the App Store? I'm just wondering if it is truly giving you them for free now.

Tried that aswell and it just as acts like an official purchase and lets you install.

That's insane! I wish I could get that lucky. I'll try messing around with the App Store updates and hopefully something glitches for me!

Edit: So I have tried "Update All" (42 Apps all from Installous), hitting cancel every time the buy message appears....got nothing. I also tried updating some individually, but that didn't work either...even with one that has worked for you (Retro Racing). Maybe I'll keep messing around with it but it's not looking good.

Just done Land-a Panda HD also, what i do is clear the task switcher so nothing is in memory then load up the App Store and try clicking on updates the select one, then clear the memory again and try another etc also i actually type the name of the App in then when it comes up with the Tab saying update try that aswell, point being for some reason it doesn't work unless you clear the memory after each attempt. So far thats been about 10.
