It's an ad in their network that they accepted not something from a bogyman they are trying everything to make money and you will suffer because of it.
No blame it takes money to run a server but it can be pushed to the point of diminishing returns.

I confirm, the same issue with me since yesterday for the first time without changing anything in my settings. Its some bad google policy perhaps? because when i use another seach engine to navigate here, this probem doesnt appear..
