What is the Helpdesk?

It is a subforum (one you are currently browsing), dedicated to assist our members (you) with solutions to problematic technical situations or dilemma you've encountered, either personally or with pertaining to the various contents being posted on this site.

These solutions may be provided by a staff member and/or anyone else who is kind enough to share their time and insight on your problem. Whether the answer provided is correct or not, take it kindly.

Before posting:

Search, search, and search again! More often than not, your question has already been asked.

Thread titles:

Help yourself by helping others through the use of your thread titles. Avoid the use of generic cries for help such as "PLEASE HELP!! REPLY QUICKLY" & etc.. With thread titles like that, people will generally avoid providing assistance to someone who is demanding and vague. Instead, title your threads with something relevant to your problem!

Be grateful!

If you are satisfied with the assistant provided, be respectful and grateful by thanking those who help and respond accordingly, especially if you are happy with the solution and would like to request the thread to be closed.

If you receive the answer you want to hear and never bother returning to your thread to update the status, people will be very much unwilling to help you again should you encounter future problems.

Directed towards those who enjoy helping others: if you have remotely no idea whatsoever to the question being asked, then don't even bother posting a reply! The helpdesk is not an excuse for you to increase your post count.

Just to let everyone know, I'm going to start issuing 3 point warnings from now on to ANYONE who obviously don't use the SEARCH function before starting a new thread. Forum rules are there to read and not to disregard them for whatever reason. Enough is enough!

Regarding IP banned issues:

• We ban proxy/vpn IP addresses.
• We ban IP ranges from known posters who are constantly posting malicious contents.
• We ban IP addresses from banned members who are persistent in coming back.

If you find yourself with a banned IP and you do not fall in any of the mentioned categories, then call it back luck for sharing the same dynamic IP.

It's harsh, but we rather protect the rest of the entire community than to leave them at constant risk.

ALL BANNED IP address/ranges are final. Complain/cry about it and we'll just remove your account as well.
