will this work with the Shutter glasses or is it to be viewed with red / blue glasses..??

If the file say's SBS (side by side - 2 images that a 3d tv or software will when set will over lap them giving a 3D image) means that it is for shutter style glass as in 3D TV's etc.

Anaglyph is for tinted glasses for none 3D capable TV's etc.
